Located in picturesque Veltlinerland, the family have been involved in viticulture for many generations. The Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc are among the main varieties of the company. When vinifying wine, particular importance is attached to cleanliness, careful processing and controlled fermentation.
Laetitia Billiot, fourth generation, carefullly produces in the Grand Cru Village of Ambonnay. As one of the first Grand Cru in Champagne, the land is famous for the richness of it’s Pinots noirs & Chardonnay.
